Throughout the course of your contract with us, we handle any issues that may arise. These could be faults with handsets, assistance setting up email accounts on the handset or just a question regarding a certain destination. Your usage will be regularly monitored and any opportunities to lower costs will be suggested.
You will also have access to our online portal which allows users to access their own data and invoices. This can be set at multiple levels so management companies can view all their users, or a single employee can view their own usage. The portal also shows unbilled usage for the current month.
In addition to our service levels, we also have a very flexible approach to billing. As we operate our own billing platform, and are not reliant on inflexible systems used by the networks themselves, we can invoice in any way required by you. This could be to a management company as a whole, or individual users. We can also bill in one of three currencies (£, € or $).
